Voltage’s String Harness is built entirely with 100% copper conductors, delivering maximum conductivity and robust current-carrying performance. Its fully copper architecture is ideal for customers prioritizing thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and superior electrical performance across varying site conditions. Designed with fixed materials from end to end, it ensures consistent copper-to-copper terminations throughout the system.
IBEX: Copper-Aluminum Hybrid Architecture

IBEX introduces a copper-aluminum hybrid design that leverages aluminum’s material efficiency while retaining copper at all termination points. Each assembly integrates friction-welded CU-AL joints to maintain conductivity and eliminate oxidation risks at transitional interfaces. This hybrid structure offers a cost-effective pathway to reduce weight and material spend while maintaining ampacity and long-term reliability.
IBEX PLUS : 97% Aluminum for Ultra-Lightweight Efficiency

IBEX PLUS is engineered with a 97% aluminum conductor architecture, maximizing material efficiency and weight reduction across large-scale solar arrays. By minimizing copper content and leveraging a flexible aluminum main conductor, IBEX PLUS offers a leaner, lighter solution without compromising performance. In First Solar’s Series 6 thin-film 2 High Tracker layouts, IBEX PLUS has demonstrated up to 41% weight reduction and 27% CapEx savings compared to an all-copper design, making it the ideal choice for utility-scale deployments where cost and logistics are critical.
