We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward misconduct, corruption, and any form of non-compliance. For us, compliance is not only about managing risks, it is essential to building trust, strengthening our business, and supporting sustainable growth.

We encourage everyone to speak up. Concerns can be reported anonymously or with attribution, and we are committed to protecting the confidentiality and rights of all individuals who report in good faith. Retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

    Voltage operates in a highly regulated and fast-moving solar energy industry, where compliance is both a strategic advantage and a non-negotiable standard. 

    We rigorously follow all relevant laws, industry rules, and internal policies, embedding compliance into every area of our operations. Our Code of Conduct defines clear expectations for ethical behavior, including fair competition, data protection, responsible procurement, and appropriate gifts and hospitality. 

    All suppliers and partners must adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct and Procurement Framework Agreements, which prohibit corruption, unfair labor practices, and human rights violations.

    Compliance culture begins with awareness and accountability. Voltage delivers targeted, role-based training programs to ensure all employees—from frontline to executive leadership—understand their compliance obligations. 

    Our training covers: 

    • Anti-corruption and anti-bribery 

    • Data privacy and information security 

    • Business ethics and sustainability 

    • Labor standards and employee protections 

    Through training platforms, policy refreshers, and in-person workshops, we continuously promote a culture of integrity and informed decision-making.

    Labor Rights and Zero Tolerance for Child Labor

    Voltage is committed to the highest standards of labor rights, diversity, and inclusion. We strictly prohibit child labor, forced labor, harassment, and discrimination across our operations and supply chain. 

    Our commitments: 

    • Implementing robust Child Labor and Forced Labor Management Procedures 

    • Verifying ID documentation for all new hires 

    • Enforcing a strict Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy 

    • Providing confidential grievance channels with dedicated case handlers 

    In 2024, we recorded zero cases of labor or workplace misconduct, and all major facilities maintained ISO 45001 & SA8000 certification.

    Governance and Oversight

    Our compliance program is governed by a three-tiered structure: 

    • The Board of Directors provides strategic direction and oversight. 

    • The Compliance Executive Committee, comprising senior leadership, ensures policy execution and risk alignment. 

    • Operational departments and functional units implement daily compliance practices and monitor results. 

    This structure ensures that compliance is integrated across all levels of our organization, from governance to ground operations.
